Hello,
Client has requested that a page level date filter exist to filter by: Today, This week, This month,This Quarter, This year, Last 3 months, Last year, and Specified date range. I thought to create an unrelated table using these selections, create a slicer with these table vaules, and then write measures testing the value of the slicer and invoking the appropriate date filter in the calculation based on the slicer value. Seems cumbersome. I suspect ther is a more efficient and elegant method that escapes my novice ability. Below shows a mock report. Here is a link to the mock report: https://techservicesllc-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/p/bstorie/EeTg-8iRNo1Oqr8aA7ZKV3YBUAaSQsyOwI6lQDAsSsL7.... Let me know if there is anything else I can offer to help you to help me. As always, I am most appreciative of your timem and effort.
Bob
