In the recent March update summary, a template/PBIX file was provided using the link (https://alluringbi.com/2020/02/11/matrixed-report-navigation/comment-page-1/?unapproved=229&moderati...)

But i cannot seem to download the template from the ONEDRIVE site - is anyone else having the same issue?

Works fine here. I've attached the file in case something you have is blocking it. The article has the link. I wouldn't use what is in the comments through.
