PREVIOUS MONTH CALCULATION RETURNS NOTHINGS

Hi, I am trying to workout the previous month count but it returns nothing.

The objective is to retrieve the diference in comparison between previous month and current month

PM UnMitigated_Low:=CALCULATE([Distinct Count of UserIdCode_], FactGRC_AC[Mitigated Filter]=0,SodRisk[RiskLevelNumber]="2",PREVIOUSMONTH('Date'[Date]))

What happens if you instead call the function itself inside the calculate with the only clarifcation being the previous month time intelligence?

I.e:

PM UnMitigated_Low: = CALCULATE(
	[PM UnMitigated_Low], 	
	PREVIOUSMONTH('Date'[Date])
)
