Hi, I am attempting to use PBI's native Help Button Icon to direct to an external URL via the action function, I want this to be its own tile however, once I have added the URL the tile is not allowing me to pin to my dashboard.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @GMorse
You need to pin the tile and then add the URL in the Dashbord from the Tille
Use the three dots...

Hi, The URL works when clicking it from the Dashboard, however when this tile is embedded in my website, the click path takes it back to the report, vs the URL. Do you know any workaround?
Hi @GMorse
Not sure why it is not working when it is emdedded to your website! on your Keybord click F12, go to element Tab and select the Button. There you can see the link attached to it.
Another workaround could be Power automate, but sorry I am not familiar with it.
