Hi, Guys. Is there any way that hide category with low percentage in pie chart, or just group category with low percentage as "Else" but not changing the whole percentage of other categories. I have used the filter to filter categories over 5%,but all the percentage of pie chart changed. Thank you very much!
Hi, @eliza
We cannot hide the category with low percentage in pie chart, but we can group category with low percentage as "Else".
Suppose your table is like:
Then add a calculated column named "NewCategory":
In the pie chart, use the "NewCategory" column as legend and use the "percentage" column as values.
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
Hi Yuliana, thank you for your advice! That's a good way to group the low percent in table but the percentage in my pie chart is dynamic due to the different filter categories. I'm not sure that getting a percentage in table and then drawing the pie chart would be possible.
Hi @eliza
Now that the percentage in the pie chart is dynamic, what is the basis to hide category or just group category? That is to say, how to define the "low percentage"?
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
