PDF from PowerBI loses format when copy pasting in email

Hello,

Has anyone encountered this bug before and know how to solve it?

1/ Go to PowerBi Online

2/ Export to PDF your report

3/ From your device open the report PDF w/ Preview or Adobe Acrobat

4/ Select chart or row and copy

5/ Open Mac Mail client, Outlook online, Outlook client app

6/ Create new mail that is in HTML

7/ Paste chart

8/ All data/chart formatting is gone. Gets lines of unformatted text.

Anyone know how to keep the table formatting from breaking?

Thank you

L

Honestly, I've never had a lot of luck trying to copy and paste from PDF into anything else. Sometimes it works OK but more often than not it comes out garbage. Wish the PDF had never been invented honestly.

@ me in replies or I'll lose your thread!!!
