I can't figure this one out.
I have a PBIX with queries that I can't refresh either in Power Query or in the Editor.
But, I can create the connection in a new query in a new PBIX and it's fine.
I think I can rule out the connection type. It's impacting Azure SQL, Oracle, CSV/Google Drive equally. It has something to do with the PBIX file they're being refreshed from.
Any thoughts??

Corruption can caused by many reasons. Did you mean your pbix even corrupted when refresh a imported csv?
Try re-install or update to the lasted version of pbix, if corruption occurs for all the datasoruces, the problem is most likely from the Desktop app. If you have other devices you can also give it a try.
