PBI service unable to detect Non English Characters

Hi,

I am importing data from Excel file into PBI desktop. That Excel file has lots of Country name along with some keywords column where text is displaying in their region language. In Excel and PBI dekstop, everything is working correctly but in PBI Service side it's unable to detect that keyword. I am also attaching Screen shot for this.

Does anyone have any workaround on how to fix this encoding on PBI service? This is urgent.
