PBI file will convert to dataset and report after we publish to cloud ?

@Paulyeo11 Absolutely correct.

As soon as you publish a pbix to a workspace,  a dataset and a report is published and from there you can do further actions like scheduling refresh, subscription, setting data alerts depending on your license.

You can also generate quick insights for a report which might give you a view that could help you.

Yes.  When you publish to a workspace, and then go there you will see both the report and the dataset it uses.
