Hi @admin11,

If you mean filter panel, it can be turn off on 'view -> filter panel'.

Use the updated ribbon in Power BI Desktop#features-of-the-updated-ribbon

If you mean slicer, its visible property can be controlled when you are using it in 'sync' slicer mode or you can use the selection panel to manage these visuals visibility:

Slicers in Power BI#sync-and-use-slicers-on-other-pages

New Power BI Feature - Selection Pane In Power BI (Preview Feature)

Hi, @admin11,

You are right. If you click that eye, the filter panel will be hidden from the end user.

Alternatively you can click the same eye icon on individual filters within the filter pane to hide just those filters from the user. The hidden filters will be grey in colour.

@admin11 - It totally depends on how did you save and close the last instance of Power BI.

If you saved and closed with filter pane open, it will remain open when you open it next time.

And if you saved and closed the Power BI filw with filter pane hidden, it will be hidden when you open it next time.

Hi Nikhil

what you mean i do with hidden filter pane ? it is mean i click on the eye ?

Yes, I meant that only.

Click on the eye and it will be hidden.
