Hi All
I'm having some issues on a refresh and can't figure out what the fix is.
I have a .pbx file I add to each month. Format/column structure remains static. Last month there were no issues in the refresh of the data - location of file did not change, column structure is unchanged. I processed the new data and added it to the existing .csv file. Typically this is what I do monthly - just add the new data to the .csv and then refresh.
This month however, I'm getting an error...on older data in the file, so I'm stumped as to what is happening. When I select refresh I get this...
I select view errors and see this...it appears that it is one column.
It is not uncommon that one month may not have names all populated or an account number, so blanks are common in some fields.
I don't understand why last month I had absolutely no issues and this month nothing has changed except the addition of new data, yet previous data seems to be flagged as an error. Does anyone have any tips on how to determine how to fix this issues, so I can get the refresh to work?
Also...the software is running on the current version.

Hi @emma313823 ,
Are you using excel as datasource? Sometime in excel in formulas you have value "#N/A" and that could be the root cause for this. You need to replace that value using query editor with "null" or space.
If this is not the cause of the problem, please consider sharing more details about the error.
