PBI Desktop - Export details

Hi,
I would like to know, for PBI Desktop:
- if it can only export to CSV (and not Excel)
- from what type of visuals, everyone? (or just the official visuals?)

- if it has any limitation on the type of user: Pro or free 

- any other important detail

- if data source is tabular has any implication?

Export data to CSV is available for visuals in Power BI desktop.

Every visual which has data.

There’s no limitation in Power BI Desktop.

- any other important detail

You may pay attention to the update of  Power BI Desktop.

- if data source is tabular has any implication?

The maximum number of rows that can be exported from Power BI Desktop and Power BI service to .csv is 30,000. Here is the document for you.
