Overlaying Charts - X-Axis Not Lining Up

I have two different charts that show weather data and useable data, where the X-Axis is a date field (month and day), when I overlay them, they do not line up (see image)

Is there anything I can do in the data sets to get these to line up? Thank you in advance!!

Try setting the x-axis of both charts to have the same Start and End in the formatting pane

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

@Dec, I figured out how to share files on here. I am attaching a pbix file which as the two datasets and the two charts that I want to overlay. I know I can get dates to line up and drag one on top of the other. I would love to have it all in one visual, if possible.

Here is the file

Thank you in advance!
