Hi
I am trying to display first 2 appointments on my calendar on a PowerBI report.
Although I can connect to Exchange online with my credentials and format the look and feel as required, if a new calender items comes in, it does not show up automatically.
The Refresh schedule to set at 30 minutes interval will not be sufficient.
Why cant a Microsoft Online product integrated data be refreshed automatically?
Or is there a way to do it
thanks
dee
@Anonymous You would have to look into the particulars but you might be able to do this with Microsoft Flow. You can connect to Outlook to capture emails and then create a Flow to push the data to Power BI using streaming. This no code example gives you the gist of how you would set the Flow up - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/fr-fr/blog/push-rows-to-a-power-bi-streaming-dataset-without-writing-any-code-using-microsoft-flow/
Hi Seth
Thanks for the reply.
I tried it but the dataset cannot be sorted or played with.
I also found another article which will trigger refresh using microsoft flow.

Any thoughts?
