Ordering the Legend

I'd like to order logically: 05, 6-20, 21-50, 50+

Create this table:

 

Bin           Sort

0-5 1
6-20 2
21-50 3
50+ 4

 

Relate to your other table. Set the Sort By on the Bin column to Sort. Use the Bin column in your legend.

Hi Greg,

it won't let me create a new table as I'm using direct query. It says I would have to switch to import mode.

 

 

Yeah, you will have to create that table in your source then.

I managed to get the database team to create this table for me.

The only problem now is the legend doesn't make sense to those viewing the report.
