Operations With Random Numbers

I am trying to create a fun multiplication shortcut visual and I want the user to be able to input two 3-digit numbers. I understand that user input in Power BI is not possible yet. So I've been experimenting with RANDBETWEEN(100, 999). It works nicely, however, it seems that I am unable to multiply the two random numbers or extract certain digits (such as the digit in the hundreds place for the first random number). This makes sense since my Measure is likely just generating a different random number when trying to calculate the product or extract a specific digit. Is there any way around this? Or is my only choice to make a long, long list of different numbers that the user MUST choose from?

Thanks!

@Anonymous why not try what-if parameter with range and use that.

@parry2k

Didn't know that existed! Thanks -- I'll play around with that now.
