Hi,
I have a mobile app with a table of lattitude and longitudes. Is there anyway to link the table to google maps - ie: have the user click a latitude and longitude which then opens the location in google maps.
The end goal is to create a map navigation from the user's current location, to the lat long in the table. I'm not sure that the map functions in power BI can do this?
Thanks!
Hi Jkilb,
If you have the latitude and longitude as data in two separate columns you can create New Column with the following function:
@Anonymous ,
Have you solved your issue by now? If you have, could you please help mark the correct answer to finish the thread? Your contribution will be much appreciated.

Hi,
Thank you for responding. Unfortunately it does not answer my question. I followed the link, read the guide and watched the video. It looks like arcGIS has a feature to illustrate "drive time" from a pinned location, but it does not appear to have the cpability of navigating you from your GPS location, to a desired location. If I could simply have Microsoft Power BI open the lat and long in google maps, google maps would locate the lat and long and direct you itself.
Thanks again for your help.
Justin
@Anonymous ,
You may try ArcGIS map visual.
