Open / Closed tickets by month visual

Hi Folks, I need to create a visual like below.

Can someone advise how I can do this?

I am connecting to a SharePoint list where I would like to use the 'Created' date as the open field and I also have a closed date column in the same list.

Hi @CollabTechie ,

According to your requirements, after successfully connecting to the SharePoint list, find the line chart visual in the desktop, put the date field in the x-axis, and put the open and close fields in the value and second value respectively to get the desired result:

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
Henry

Hi @CollabTechie ,

in Power BI you first add the data from your sharepoint list. Click on "Get Data" and then search for Sharepoint:

When you added the data to your Power BI file then you visualize with the line chart visual:

Then you should have the result you want 🙂

If you need any help please let me know.
If I answered your question I would be happy if you could mark my post as a solution ✔️ and give it a thumbs up 👍

Best regards
Denis
