One table isn't filtered in scheme of connections between four tables

Hello!

There is a problem when I form dashboard and trying to see the number of calls by SR. So, as you can see, when I change value of nvs_Potential (it's a column in table "Account"), I can see changing SR but number of calls doesn't change. In fact I can't see what potential of diffrent accounts called by SR is although the structure of connections between tables, as I understand, should allow it.
Thank you for help.

UPDATE: Now I added some needed columns to table "Account" and scheme changed to only 3 tables. But, still, when I'm trying to see values from table "Call" corresponding to the values of table "Account" and table "Territories and Users" (namely, I'm trying to see Number of calls (table "Call") by Potential of account (table "Account") and User name(table "Territories and Users")), I can't. Any help will be appreciated a lot. Thanks

Hi ntimofeev,

I can see you have crossfilter direction set to both on many of your connections.

Try to set as many as you can to single direction and see what happens 🙂

Hi solvising,

Thank you, I tried, but in this case as a result I get that I can't compare some information from one of my tables to another one (because BI only filters from the 1 to the many side of the relationship when crossfilter direction is single) - but I need to get

representation of data from all tables in case of different filters in diffrent tables. Maybe I have some misunderstanding and I can't get data comparison as I want and will have some restrictions anyway?
