One date contains multiple values rows per store, I only want to show one value in a line chart

So per date I have different stores. These different stores have different strategies 1,2 and 3 and the sales depend on this strategy. Strategy 1 is the most effective so if strategy 1 is filled I always want to show the sales of strategy 1 in the plot. However this strategy is not always filled. The data is shown below.

1-1-2020	1	1	1500
1-1-2020	1	2	1200
1-1-2020	1	3	1000
1-2-2020	1	1	2000
1-2-2020	1	2	1500
1-2-2020	1	3	1100
1-3-2020	1	2	1500
1-3-2020	1	3	1400
1-4-2020	1	3	1200
1-5-2020	1	3	1300
1-6-2020	1	3	1500

So I have made a plot, but it shows multiple line where I only want to show 1 line. 

The priority is as follows: if Strategy is 1 show only this line. If there is no Strategy 1, but there are 2 and 3 show only Strategy 2. If there are no Strategy 1 or Strategy 2 show Strategy 3

I did get if 1 id there then should we show 2 or not. As of now it will only show 1 or 2 or 3 . And rank will make sure that
