On-premise Gateway (Personal Mode) doesn't updates

Hello, I'm trying to update on-premise gateway (personal mode).

 

The installed version is 3000.0.277 (December 2018) so I've downloaded the latest version and installed it.

But when I launch the gateway, the version has not been changed.

 

I've attached a screenshot of the installed folder, the exe didn't seem to be updated.

 

Can anyone help with my issue here?

Hi , @8jesse 

Here is a screenshot about my  personal gateway updated today, please confirm the version of the gateway  in Gateway status interface.

(It is normal that the desktop icon is still old after update)

If the status is indeed an  old version ,maybe you can uninstalled the  old gateway and reinstall the new gateway.

Please follow these steps to uninstall your gateway completely:

1.Uninstall Using Control Panel

2.Delete Remaining Files and Folders of the Program

3.Remove Software Keys from Windows Registry

4.Empty Temp Folder
