Old transformations on the new data after the refresh

Hi All,

I am skeptical if the new data after the refresh holds the transformatins performed on the old data (For ex: Fill up in a column).
Please clarify me on this.
PS: Old data and the New data are from the same Data Source with same columns.

Open, Edit Query/Datatranformation and check your steps are intact. While opening it might show error , please address that
