Hi,
I have created a few pbix files last week that worked just fine. Since the last PBI update, the files have not been updating certain segments of data. To double check the numbers, I created a new pbix file and recreated the visualization. The numbers in the new file were correct. Can anyone tell me why the files created prior to the most recent update are not upading after being refreshed?
I don't want to have to go and recreate the reports each month, after every PBI desktop update.
Thanks!
Izolda
I would also like to add that I am noticing this issues with the multi- row card visualization only. A different version of the report that contains a bar chart instead of multi-row card is showing the correct amounts. Please advise how to fix this issues with this specific visualization.
Hi @Anonymous,
Please try to open the old .pbix file with the latest Power BI desktop on a different machine to see whether issue persists.
Besides, publish the old .pbix file to server, check whether data is correct when viewing report online. Then, download it locally, open it with your desktop to see if it works.
Regards,
Yuliana Gu
