Office365 Attributes IconIndex - Need to know if an email has been replied to

I have pulled emails from an Office365 server and need to be able to show if an email has been replied to. I don't have Sent emails pulled in, since this would be too much data for our systems to process in a timely manner (we currently refresh this data 9 times a day (the max auto refreshes) for a remote site to monitor emails from customers and our responses. I have the Attributes.IconIndex column pulled in, but there are the following options: Blank, Default, MailForwarded, and MailReplied. I've validated the data against the email inbox, and the only issue I see is if an email is forwarded then replied to, I only see that it was forwarded in the attribute data. Has anyone dealt with this before? Need to know if it has been replied to.

Thanks,

Amy

Hi @azames,

By my tests, we only could see if the mail has been replied.

For your requirement, you want to know if an email is forwarded then replied to, I'm afraid this is the internal data analysis, I'm not sure which field record this trace, you may should get help from outlook forum.

Cherry
