I am trying to connect to an Oracle DB Link from Power BI Desktop app. It connects in the app but the refresh fails once I publish the report to the Workspace. I get this error "ORA-02019: connection description for remote database not found". But I have other DB Links and they work well even after publishing. What might be causing this issue? Thanks!

Hi @Nick85,
As the document mentions, the oracle datasource requires a gateway to handle refresh when you use it on power bi service side.

Have you checked the gateway and data source setting to confirm they can be accessed from the power bi service side?

In addition, please also check the data source setting to confirm you have added power bi service to the allow list:
