ORA-01031 ERROR MESSAGE “Insufficient privileges"

Hello all,

I received the following error:

DataSource.Error: Oracle: ORA-01031: Insufficient privilege

Details:
DataSourceKind=Oracle
DataSourcePath=prod
Message=ORA-01031: Insufficient privilege

ErrorCode=-2146232008

What is this error and how can I solve it? It applies to a report made by another employee and I am only modifying it. Does it matter?
