OLE DB or ODBC error [DataFormat.Error]: We reached the end of the buffer. Adobe Analytics

I am using the Adobe Analytics connector and a report which was working fine 2 weeks ago now throws the above error on refreshing. Nothing has changed with the set-up since the last successful refresh.

I have read the previous threads on this and we are using the latest update of the desktop (May 2018) and the names of the tables are different to the metrics inside. is there anything that can be done?

What do you mean "the names of the tables are different to the metrics inside."?

Were you able to get data successfully without any error when connecting to Adobe Analytics in a new .pbix file?
