When I want to refresh my data from an ODBC connection I am getting this error message. Previously it worked fine. Any Solution?
Hello - was there a resolution to solve this issue? I am getting the same error on a power bi file I've been using and was hoping to get an idea of how to troubleshoot this. Thank you.
Hi , @Anonymous
Try to confirm and database version and upgrade to the latest ODBC driver for your database.

I tried to update ODBC driver...still not working.
Hi , @Anonymous
Can you show me the version of your ODBC Connection and PowerBi Desktop?

Power BI Version: 2.78.5740.861 64bit (February 2020)
Microsoft ODBC Driver 17 (17.3.1.1)
is this just this computer that is having an issue? can you test the report on a different computer? Maybe something happened to the ODBC driver, especially if it was working before and you havent changed anything
I can connect and pull data through Crystal Reports and other software, only Power BI cannot retrieve data.
Did you recently update to the February version of the desktop app?
No I didn't update to February version. Is that the reason it showing error?
I updated to February 2020 version still getting the same error message.
