Company wide there are numerous datasets returning data refresh errors. Many which typically complete in minutes are running for hours before timing out with:
{"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_TimeoutError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_TimeoutError","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}}
This issue is occuring on both personal and IT Managed Gateways.

Power BI Service hosted reports with an SSAS data source are unable to authenticate through the PBI data gateway. The gateway is running under a different domain than the SQL Server (SSAS) instance. The gateway domain trusts the SSAS domain but not the other way around. The user running the report is under the same domain as the gateway.
We are seeing the same thing with about 30% of all dataset refreshes failing with that error. All datasets are on one gateway that was just updated to the latest version, credentials are all valid.
@Anonymous ,
Are these dataset all using one gateway? If so, please update that gateway to the latest version and check if the credentails of these data sources are still valid on power bi service.
