Number of row limit per model with Power bi pro account on service and desktop (Pro account)

Hello experts,
is there any limitation on number of rows in power BI model. while reading articles, I came across 1M rows limit. Kindly clearify.

Will direct query be helpful if I have more numbers of rows? or the limitation on both import and direct query mode.

@amitchandak could you please tell me row limit for import mode?
also let me know is this limit for desktop or power bi service for both import and direct query?

@Minakshi , as far as I am aware of there is not rows limit. It is a data size limit. For larger dataset to work, you need to migrate to premium capacity

@Minakshi , Accounts have data limit. 10M is limit on row queried by Direct query.
