Not calculate blank into overall percentage

Howdy everyone! Im pretty new to PBi so I am sure this is a pretty noob question but how do I make this CalcColumn not factor the blank for 3DigitZip? I've searched and searched but I think after the last 3 hours, I think I am just not using the right terms.

Eventhough not sure I understood what do you mean by "factor the blank", but use this image to filter out the Blank from the table

Thanks for the suggestion, though when i do that it does not re-calculate for the visible values.

It drops the sum at the bottom by ~12% and the percentages for each of the 3 Digit Zips are part of the overall 100% and not the remaining 87%
