Not all fields from Salesforce tables are being loaded into Power BI

I am pulling data from Salesforce tables and in two cases so far, not all the fields are being downloaded in Power BI. the API version listed is 48. I have heard this is a known problem and it is caused by the API version being used.

Is there another API version that will download all the fields in a Salesforce table?

This is the version of Power BI I am using:

Version: 2.92.706.0 64-bit (April 2021)
