Not able to login on Power BI Gateway

I am using Power BI Gateway onwindows 2019 server and while logging into power bi gateway, I am getting Failed to sign in. Please verify your credentials and try again error.

Hi Henryk,

I have updated the Gateway and rebooted the server but still no luck.

Could you please let me know the exact ports which are required to be opened at the firewall level.

Hi @Anonymous ,

For such error messages, try upgrading the gateway to the latest version. Restart the computer and test again.
Also check if the required ports are allowed according to the following document.
