Hello,
I have an excel sheet that is update weekly (no dates, changed but dates are irrelevant since it's over the entire duration of a project) and an excel sheet that sheet 1 is used to get updated by that fluctuates weekly.
The equations between the two use sheet 1 and sheet 2. I want to be able to use date filters but the information from sheet 2 with dates is summarized rather than only displaying that data date.
How can this be resolved?

By you sharing more information, paricularly sample data so that all of this makes sense. Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
I can not unfortunately.
Better to rephrase - the current data is correct (not filtered) but when I change the slicer it is completely wrong.
@sparkplug9375 could you provide some sample data and what you are actually looking for? Read this post to get your answer quickly.
