Normalize Dates across users to see message volume by month number from joined date

I manage a social community, where users join the community and then join various groups within the community. I'd like to be able to see the average time it takes for users to begin engaging (posting messages) from the time they join.

I'd like to accomplish this by naming the first Month in which they joined as Month 1, and then increase the Month count for every month subsequent to that. Then I'd like to plot the volume of messages they have posted against that linear progression Month 1, Month 2, Month 3...

This way I can see that X% of users post their first message in Month 2 of participating in the network and that X% of users stop posting after Month 9.

Ideally I'd like to take it a step further and be able to slice this measure by groups as well, so that I can apply the same logic to the sub groups.

I have uploaded a PBIX file here that shows dummy data that is reflective of what I have.

Can someone give me an early Christmas Present??!!
