Non english characters not importing properly

Why are norwegian characters showing like this ? in data model

Hi. It looks like you are using a wrong encoder. Are you taking data from csv? if you are, check this picture out:

encoding csvencoding csv

This encoding is UTF-8 it should solve a lot of crazy characters. Try changing that.
