No reaction anymore to previous tickets?

Dear,

 

I have posted 2 issues during the past weeks:

Initally, I got a good and helpful response. However, after giving more information, I don't get the support I need anymore to get to my final solution. Is something going wrong and do the admins not get a message anymore of my response/additional question?

 

Would be helpful to know what's going on!

I am here to apologize for the inconvenience. The policy is that community supports cannot receive and reply personal messages in case you have send them PM. And our team are assigned with many posts and receives many replies everyday, sometime replies could have missed out.
