No operations in last period

In a table i would like to see the customers who haven t carried out trasactions in the last period.  I have a column where i have all customers and an other that i can use like count, does i need someone else? There is a way for tell at the filters "i want see what u are hiding"? I'm new with this program and dax languages, please be patient

@Marco181 , Assume your last period is month and you have measure like

 

last MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,MONTH)))

 

Not in last month = countx(Values(customer[Customer]) , if(isblank([last MTD Sales]) ,[Customer], blank() ) )
