No Able to refresh data from Sharepoint

I am trying to refresh from excel file in sharepoint but the organizational account is not logging in. If see below there is a pop up with error in page load on task bar. But i am not able to select that or read that to understand whats happening.

Everything is normal in my test, please refer to the following steps:

1. Get data from web:

2. Copy the path of the excel and delete"?web=1"

Login and refresh is normal.

Same issue and reentering credientials in the source settings didn't help 😞

@debjit , Go to data source setting -> Edit credentials and provide those again. and check

I tried that not working. If you see the screenshot I think the verification process is not triggering in the back end as there is something with a page load error

When trying to connect to Sharepoint Online, Please do the following:

- Get Data > Web

- Enter the URL of the excel file (minus the ?Web=1 querystring)

Enter URL using format like: https://XXXXX.sharepoint.com/sites/XXXX/Shared%20Documents/excelname.xlsx .
