New measure for Percentage

Hi,

I am usiing new measure for percentage, but its not appearring ,

And I am getting values

But when i select the all region Total should be  like below image

Instead of 71% now i am getting 342%, Can you anyone help here

You can modify your Q1% measure as follows:

Q1 % = 
DIVIDE(
    SUMX( Table , Table[Q1 Achive] ),
    SUMX( Table , Table[Q1 Target] )
)
