New filter pane not appearing on the window

Hello all,

I am using the April 2019 version and would like to use the New filter experience Preview function.

I already checked the preview function under "File" ->> "Options" ->> "Preview features", and the New filter pane works fine if I opened a new .pbix file.

The problem is, if I open an existing .pbix file (a file created since Sep 2018 version), the New filter pane does not appear on the window at all. 

Any advice please? Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Make sure that both options in preview features and the filtering experience in report settings under current file are set to on.
