Hello,
I am trying to create a waterfall chart to show how my company has lost or gained customers over time. The data basically looks like this:
tblCustomer
Customer_ID | Activation_Date | Close_Date |
1 | 1/1/2020 | 3/1/2020 |
2 | 4/5/2020 | 8/20/2020 |
3 | 6/10/2020 | 1/13/2021 |
4 | 8/9/2020 | null |
5 | 2/3/2021 | 12/4/2021 |
Both Activation_Date and Disconnect_Date have inactive connections to my Calendar table. For this example, the total would be 2 customers. The graph would show that we gained one customer in Jan. 2020, gained/lost 0 customers in Feb. 2020, lost 1 customer in Mar. 2020 etc.
