Negative data after a certain date

Hi,

I have an issue that I am not sure how to solve.

The report consist of two dates: expiry date and start date and I have a number of employees per team in a column.

The issue is that I am not sure how to present the numbers of employees when they have exceeded the expiry date.

EG.

Start date 01-01-2018: 5

Expiry date 01-10-2018: -5

How do I change it to be -5 after the expiry date?

@JimmyDQN Could you please explain bit more detail (It will be great if you can provide sample data to test). As per my understanding you need to turn the number into negative value after a particular date ? If that's the case just multiply with "-1" to your value. Sample data and expected output will be helpful to provide an accurate solution.

Hi,
I have inserted an example below. I would like a visualization where the axis is based on months. and then I want
January to have number of members for each team. So for january it would be 105 + 55 + 56 whereas february will show current members (55 + 65 + 45) but also show how many we lost. If you need I can try to make an example in Excel.

TeamContract CountryÅrContract Start DateEnd date
1105DKK2018janFeb
255DKK2018janFeb
356DKK2018janFeb
165DKK2018febMar
255DKK2018febMar
345DKK2018febMar
1123DKK2018marJul
2123DKK2018marJul
345DKK2018marJul
143DKK2018juldec
223DKK2018juldec

@JimmyDQN Yes please, It will be helpful if you can post the expected output as well.

 @PattemManohar I just made a better example:

I would like to create a bar chart based on date.
In January, product 1 will be positive as the contract has not expired, but in the following month, i want that data to be negative, as we have "lost" that money.
