I need help recreating a chart like the one below in Power BI. Both the needle and the bar will share the same x-axis but have different y-axis. The closest visual I saw available to recreate this was the Bullet Chart however it lets the bar share the same y axis and is horizontally positioned while the I want it to be vertical. Thank you!
