Need to sign in again after 4-5 starts

I have a bunch of dashboards to refresh and publish on a regular basis. We are looking into Gateway but for the time being it is manual. 

THe problem is that I start multiple instance of PowerBI Desktop to update and publish in parallel. 

However  every so often PowerBI "forgets" the sign-in information and I need to sign in again manually. 

How can I avoid this? I'm now on the latest May build.

From your description, it seems that each time you publish the report from Power BI desktop, you need to sign in with your Power BI service account, right?

After you sign in in the Power BI desktop, it shouldn't pop out sign in box until sign out. Did you leave the Power BI desktop idle for a long time then publish? Did you mean the latest May build is version 2.46.4732.581?
