Need to show the data based on category in single column

Sample data like above and i want show the data based on category for category we are refering another table. Please let me know how can I do that. Appreciate any help.

@Anonymous - Can you post the data in that other table for category? You might want to unpivot your month columns (JAN, FEB, MAR)
