Need to show Description in One Column based on Ledger Account

I need to show Description based on Ledger Account in one column. Please advice how to do this

do you mean you want to concatenate the two in one column? can you please elaborate on the requirement?

Hi,

I would want to add one column as Description which will calculate based on ledger column.

For ex. : if the column has 4002310 the new column should show as Staff Cost

You can add a "Conditional Column" for that, something like this

I need to add 20 line items in Conditional formatting. Is there any way i can add all 20 items in conditional formatting based on my data?

Then i believe you could have a master table built for this purpose, and then you can lookup the value from it,
