Need to show 2020 result as of end of most recent month

I have measure that is showing results for the last month and quarter; however, when I put the measure into a matrix table visualization, 2020 is showing blank and I'm guessing it's because the year isn't over (2019 is showing the value as of December 2019). I would like the row for 2020 to show the results as of the most recent completed month (so June as of now) just like 2019 is doing. I can't use YTD function because of how the data is organized. 

Any help would be appreciated!

Add lastdate() to your measure. See example:
