Need to remove all record of a Data Source from report in PBI Desktop

Hi All

New to PowerBI so forgive if this is something simple.
I have developed a report in Power BI desktop and published to the Service.
During the course of the development of the report, various data sources were created and used and removed when found to be actually not needed.

I have installed an On-Premise Gateway to faciliatate overnight refreshes of the data.

Problem is I am unable to schedule a refresh as the Gateway has a Status of "Not confiugured correctly" and is listing all the old no longer used (and removed form the PBI Desktop report) Data Sources.
How do I remove all remnants of these old no longer used (and beleived to be deleted) data sources.

They aren't listed in Data Source Setitngs.

In the case of ODBC connections, the ODBC connection has been removed from ODBC on my machine and the Report refreshes fine thus there can't be any reference to those removed ODBC connections in the report as it would fail.

There has to be a solution.  Surely I can't be expected to keep every data source ever created in a report.

Ok. It seems it just needed time.
A LOT of time.

4 days later, it just sorted itself out.  The removed Data Sources disappeared.
I did nothing.

It seems some things (this isn't the only issue I've had sorted with time, a LOT of time) take time so just work themselves out in Power BI.

Disappointing.  Especially when compared to other BI platforms.
