Need to plot a bar chat with drill down on below scenario

Imagin i am a manager (B) and i have 5 team Leads  me (B1,B2,B3,B4,B5), and my manager is A (Sr Manager). 
A have one more manager under him i.e C . Manager C has 3 Leads under him (C1,C2,C3),

  1. i want to see employes under A and employes under B in 1 chat, like Sr manager Bar, Manager Bar.
  2. when i drill down i want to see employes under team lead with employes under Sr Manager.

Create below measures

Count of manager = DISTINCTCOUNT(Company[Manager])
Count of leads = DISTINCTCOUNT(Company[Tean Lead])
count of emp = distinctCOUNT(Company[Employee])
 
Total count of emp = [count of emp]+[Count of leads]+[Count of manager]
 
Add below things as per image in chart.
 
As you see there are differant options for drill through and drill up in chart.

how come b=10 and c=9.

 

Under B there are total 5 lead and 10 emp so b=15 right similarly c= 3 lead+ 6 emp emp sp c=9

 from format pane, Change  bar colour in data colour section as per requirement.
